What would you do if someone was using offensive language? Warning then if its not stopped mute

What would you do if you came across someone that appeared to be AFK training? Since its against the rules kick and a jail

What would you do if a player was jailed for afk training, but did not have any money to pay their fine? Person will be well tracked and he will pay money as soon as he gets it or re-jail with a larger fine

What would you do if a player did not pay out when dicing? jail+mute, and if he doesn't pay ban

What would you do if someone asked you to buy RS gp from them?I would reject and tell them its against the rules and if he does it again jail+mute

What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on forums?Remove forum post's and disable his account for an amount of time
