Because everybody is doing it i will also make a staff application because i would love to join the amazing team of reflux

Do you speak any other languages fluently? If so which?: I speak English ( not the best but people understand me )
What days of the week, and times of day are you most active?: Mostly from monday to friday and sunday because i am on internship and at my girlfriend but tomorrow i got summerholiday so i will be online as much as i can ( that is alot )
Roughly how many hours a week are you online?: My first day is was 6 hours online so i think i will be online about 20 - 25 hours a week but in the holidays much and much more.
Do you plan on having any further breaks in the near future?: Not realy no but in August i go to italy for 2 weeks.
Do you have any previous experience with Staff/Ranks? (Do not mention server names): I have been helper, mod and admin on several servers because i already play rsps for couple of years.
If answered yes, do you still maintain these ranks? If not, why do you not have these ranks anymore? Because some months ago i stopped playing rsps because all the good servers were gone and i had nothing fun to do anymore so I never played that servers again and the most does not exist anymore.

Why do you deserve this rank?: Because I like it to help everybody as much as I can and I think the people who play the rsps deserves the best experience we can give them.
What do you believe is the responsibility of a staff member? To help everybody as much as you can in a fair way: Provide them from good information on things like beginning on the server or making some money and give them information about bosses or minigames or just anything that they need.
Have you ever been punished in any way in-game or on the forum?: Ive got banned on some servers for like 1 hour or been jailed because i thought the owner wasnt right and so I said it and they were not realy happy about it.
If answered yes to above, what did you do?: Some example is that i had found a bug that when you use a sort of blood magic spell your life will regenerate and so i made a joke and said i keep it for myself and then i got banned by the owner and when he unbanned me my account got a rollback and I was not happy about it because I had spend alot time leveling but he did not wanted to give me my skills back so i got angry and then i quit.
If you received this rank, would you devote hours of free time to not only play, but to engage in staff responsibilities on the server, forum, Skype or kik?: I will be online and help as much as you can on skype, forum and in the server as staff and i will do everything that i can to be a honorable staff member of Reflux.
Are you accessible through Skype to reach when offline? Yes i am most of the time.
Answer these questions as in depth as possible, assuming the player continued the action regardless of what you said.
What would you do if someone was using offensive language? I would say him to quit and if he keep going talk to him and ask him what is wrong and if he then still continue i will mute him for 2 hours.
What would you do if you came across someone that appeared to be AFK training? I would tele him home and if possible with some help of the owner get his skill back to the level before he started afk training.
What would you do if a player was jailed for afk training, but did not have any money to pay their fine? I would let the person go on 1 condition and that is to make money and pay us back. (since when u pay money by jailing ? ).
What would you do if a player did not pay out when dicing? If the other guy already lost items by the guy that does not want to pay out i would take out his items return it and give him a big warning for not paying out and if they lost nothing yet i would give him a warning.
What would you do if someone asked you to buy RS gp from them? I would not do and say that they need to do that on a other server except the owner takes RS gp.
What would you do if someone was posting rude comments on forums? I would delete his comments and pm him about why he is being so rude.
What would you do if a player logged on a different account to argue their punishment with you? If he got banned i would IP ban him for the same time and if he is jailed and he is creating alot accounts while he know why he is in jail i would also ip ban him for a day for being irritating.
What would you do if player logged in with a questionably offensive or rule breaking name? I would ask him if he could create a new name that is not that offensive or rule breaking and if he dont want i would ban the account so he has to make a new one.
What would you do if someone messaged you claiming to be flamed by a player? I would tele him to a place to talk with him and go to the player that flamed and have a talk with him and make the two find a solution.
What would you do if a player accused you of abuse or breaking a rule? I would ask him what he think I did him wrong and otherwise just explain him why cause i would never breake a rule on purpose.
What would you do if a player accused another of scamming for underpaying or taking advantage of another player? I would talk to the guy and hear his story and if he does and anybody got proof i will give him a warn and keep an eye out of him and if he does it again I will ban him.
Tell us about yourself, hobbies, things you enjoy doing etc?: Yeah i realy like to play RSPS and i do it for some years now. I also play Maplestory private servers some time and in real life I am doing a education of accountant and in my free time i am just hanging with friends and I am a nice guy and I love it to just have a good time.
Anything else you would like us to know?: I want to wish everybody goodluck on getting a staff position and thanks for the time you all took to read my application.

Suggestions / Some suggestion ( list gets bigger )

1. Create a special area with all the minigame characters so it is much easier to acces it and also name them by the sort of minigame.
2. Give all skills the same amount of xp instead off superfast melee and super slow magic, prayer and stuff.
3. Give the dungeoneering npc's different points and xp when there level is higher because all the monsters give the same amount of xp and one of the monsters gives no xp or points at all.
4. Fix slayer tower: 1. There are to many crawling hands.
2. All the monsters got the same health.
5. Add a upgrade system to the thzaar whip: I get the thzaar whip 1 from a minigame or something and i need to pay something like 5 100m tickets to upgrade it to level 2 at a special character that does that kind of stuff and if you want it from thzaar whip 2 to thzaar whip 3 it will cost you 10 100m tickets.
6. Change it so you dont need lvl 99 slayer or 80 for glacors or jadinko's
7. make it so that you dont need 80 slayer for vine whip.
8. delete it that you need fight caves to do the undead minigame from the Guardian mummy
9. Add greater demons to the training place.
( This is it for now) ( If something not going to happen or you got suggestions just say it. )
